Description

On April 28, 2016, the Chinese government provided a $550,000 grant handover ceremony to the South Sudan Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism (CTSAMM) at the CTSAMM headquarters in Juba. This grant is intended to ease the peace negotiation process. This project is one of the two grants to CTSAMM made in the same event. The other one is a $150,000 worth of office and communication equipment , which is captured in #53323.
