Project narrative

On April 28th, 2016, the Chinese government provided $150,000 worth of office and communication equipment to the South Sudan Ceasefire and Transitional Security Arrangements Monitoring Mechanism (CTSAMM) at the CTSAMM headquarters in Juba. This grant is intended to ease the peace negotiation process in South Sudan. This project is one of the two grants to CTSAMM made in the same event. The other one is a $550,000 cash grant, which is reported in #53322.
