On October 21, 2015, Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan, Ma Qiang, signed an agreement of $300,000 in anti-cholera assistance with South Sudanese Foreign Minister Benjamin. Other details are unspecified. This agreement is one of the six agreements signed at the same event. This series of agreements is captured in #53328, #53329, #53330, and #53331.
