Project narrative

On October 21, 2015, Chinese Ambassador to South Sudan, Ma Qiang, signed an agreement with South Sudanese Foreign Minister Benjamin to grant humanitarian supplies such as food and medicine to South Sudan. The value and composition of this donation are unknown. This agreement is one of the six agreements signed at the same event. This series of agreements is reported in #53328, #53329, #53330, and #53331.
