Project narrative

On September 7, 2016, Chinese International Cooperation Agency provided a $2,552,974 grant to the Government of Mauritania for the acquisition of airport equipment. The purpose of this equipment was to improve security at Nouakchott–Oumtounsy International Airport and Nouadhibou International Airport. The project was slated for completion on September 9, 2019. However, it was ultimately completed on September 26, 2019.
