Project narrative

On September 25, Counselor Chu Maoming attended the handover ceremony for donating digital TV equipment to the Kapila area. Chu Maoming said that the donation was a application of the Satellite TV project for 10,000 villages in Africa President Xi proposed at the Johannesburg summit last year.
