Project narrative

On December 6, 2016, the Chinese Ambassador, on behalf of the overseas Chinese community, donated social welfare materials equivalent to 8 million CFA to a national relief agency in Togo. The donation goods were then distributed to disadvantaged groups as a Christmas present. The value of this donation is unknown.
