Staff comments

1. The Chinese project title is 布卡武机场路翻建项目. The French project title is Réhabilitation de la route de l'aéroport de Bukavu de 23 kilomètres. 2. In 2006, the Chinese Government provided a $4.5 million grant for various projects (Record ID#407), including the Bukavu Airport Road, but this appears to be a distinct grant. AidData codes China Ministry of Commerce as the funding organization based on that organization's involvement as mentioned in "援刚果(金)布卡武机场路翻建项目通过竣工验收."
