Project narrative

In October 2011, the Chinese government committed to donating $5 million USD in cash to the Government of Pakistan for flood relief following the Sindh floods between August and September 2011. The handover certificate was issued on November 28, 2011. This is the second donation from the Chinese government to help flood relief efforts in Pakistan. The first donation worth 30 million RMB is captured in Record ID#37183.
