Project narrative

On September 9, 2014, the Chinese ambassador to Pakistan, Sun Weidong, met with Pakistani foreign secretary. On behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan, he donated 2 million rupees to the Pakistani government to support the Pakistani government in carrying out flood relief work. The Pakistan Ministry of Finance Estimates of Foreign Assistance for 2015-2016 state in the revised estimate for 2014-2015 that 102.730 million Pakistani rupees are expected to be lent by China in 2014.
