Project narrative

On February 19-25, 2017, China provides humanitarian aid to Afghanistan government in response to a blizzard. The aid includes tents, comforter, and down jackets. The first plane containing aid arrived in Afghanistan on February 19, and the second one arrived on February 25. One Xinhua report puts the total worth of all materials at 137.1 million afghanis dollars. This project is linked to another grant of humanitarian aid of 50 million yuan for the snow disaster, #53629, and a grant of 1 million yuan as aid for the snow, #53630, and simple Bungalow construction aid, #70640.
