Project narrative

Starting in 2011, China agrees to provide Afghanistan 100 government scholarships each year to allow Afghans to study in China. The number of scholarships increased to 500 in 4 years in 2014 (See Record ID#37861) and additional 50 annually in 2016 (#53641).
