Project narrative

In 2012, the Chinese Government provided a grant to the Government of Afghanistan for the provision of snow shovel machines, street cleaners, and lawn mowers to support landscaping and beautification efforts in Kabul and the areas surrounding the presidential palace. Staff comments

As the equipment handed over is intended for landscaping, not office supplies, this is not a duplicate of #53739.
