Project narrative

In July 2003, China and Afghanistan's Interim government signed an agreement with China. China will provide the Afghanistan Ministry of Interior with communication equipment and vehicles. They are worth 1.4 million US dollar in total, including 22 Cherokee vehicles. The equipment and vehicles were handed over on June 30, 2004. The communication equipment came from Shandong Weifang Huaguang Communication Co., Ltd. The 22 vehicles came from Beijing Jeep Automobile Co., Ltd.
