Project narrative

In April 2005, during the period that Afghan Vice President visited to China, China government pledged to provide suppliers that worth $1 million to support the parliamentary election of the Afghan government. The grants include 24 sets of security monitoring system, 20 jeeps, 20 pickup trucks, lots of cooking utensils, and others. At the beginning of September 2015, all the materials arrived at Afghanistan. The handover ceremony was held on November 9, 2005.
