Project narrative

In 2016, following floods and landslides, Liu Yue, the Deputy General Manager of China National Aero Technology Import and Export Corporation, donated 200 thermo flask bottles and 100,000 Sri Lankan rupees to the Minister of Higher Education and Highways in a ceremony. Then minister Lakshman Kiriella was responsible for distributing the aid towards those affected.
