Project narrative

In 2017, China's Ministry of Public Security agreed to provide technical assistance worth 1 million yuan to the Kyrgyz Border Service. This agreement was signed in context of strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the fields of counter-terrorism and personnel support. China additionally proposed training cooperation between Chinese and Kyrgyz personnel.
