Project narrative

On November 22, 2004, the Chinese Government and the Government of Cuba signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) in which the Chinese Government provided RMB 50 million ($6.1 million USD) in grant funding to Cuba for education, specifically for the acquisition of fabrics for the preparation of school uniforms and other materials.
