Project narrative

On May 28, 2010, the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council established a Chinese Cultural Center (中哥文化教育中心) in downtown San Jose. It is a non-profit organization that offers Mandarin classes, among other activities, intended to promote Chinese culture in Costa Rica. The embassy also donated some textbooks and computers to the center.
