Project narrative

On March 16, 2018, the Chinese Government donated raw materials for the production of photovoltaic solar panels worth $3 million USD to the Government of Cuba. This project was one of six Chinese-funded projects in Cuba, worth a combined total of $36 million USD, which were completed in 2018. The other five projects are captured by Record ID #s #54850, #54806, #54808, #54809, #69352, and #70160. The total $36 million USD in spending is captured by linked umbrella Record ID#64265.
