Project narrative

In 2014, the Chinese Government sent experts from Shangdong Group to carry out Phase II of the Thomas Robinson Stadium Technical Cooperation Project. The experts began work began on January 17, 2014 and ended on January 15, 2016. Phase I of this project ended in June 2011 (see Record ID#39718).
