Project narrative

On March 26, 2009, the Chinese government donated materials for the treatment of Dengue Fever to the Bolivian Government to aid in their recovery from an outbreak of Dengue Fever.19 Bolivians perished, while 31,000 were infected with the disease in Santa Cruz.
