Project narrative

On 20 May 2013, the Chinese Government signed an Exchange of Letters agreement to provide a number of wheeled digging loaders to the Cuban Ministry of Foreign Trade. The loaders will be used to help repair the Cuban national water system and improve the water supply. The transaction amount and status are unknown.
