Project narrative

On November 17th, 2016, the official representative of China's Dominican Republic Business Office met with the Dominican Congresswoman from Puerto Plata, Ivannia Rivera, to donate emergency resources after the flood in the Puerto Plata province. The Chinese provided medicine, drinking water, food and blankets to those affected in Puerto Plata, which were urgently needed by the people in the disaster area.
