Project narrative

According to the government of St. Lucia's 1999-2000 Budget report, published in March 1999, the Chinese government had granted $700,000 USD to St. Lucia for a sites and service development program, which seeks to improve the quality of life of the Agard Lands community by providing basic social infrastructure. The grant was used by the St Lucia Poverty Reduction Fund to provide social infrastructure in Agard Lands, St. Lucia.
