Project narrative

On February 9, 2012, China donated 390 Lenovo laptops worth 3 million RMB to the Antigua & Barbuda Ministry of Education. The laptops are intended to assist students with learning disabilities in elementary and secondary schools. The Chinese government originally pledged to donate the laptops in 2010, but followed through on their promise in early 2012.
