Project narrative

On January 13, 2018, the representative from China's Dominican Republic Business Office, Fu Xinrong, attended the opening ceremony of a new semester of the Dominican Overseas Chinese School (Instituto cultural dominico chino, 多米尼加华侨中文学校). Ms. Fu also represented China's Dominican Republic Business Office to donate uniforms. The uniforms were funded with a grant of unknown value from an unspecified Chinese government institution.
