Project narrative

On 8 August 2017, China donated 10 bicycles to staff of the Second Police Station of Santiago (la Segunda Comisaría de Carabineros de Santiago). The handover ceremony was presided over by the mayor of Santiago, Felipe Alessandri, and the Chinese ambassador to Chile, Li Baorong.
