Project narrative

In September 2009, China donated 153 computers to the National Directorate of Public Defenders (Dirección Nacional de Defensorías Públicas), which is the institution that offers judicial assistance to citizens. According an August 2010 articles from China's Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office in Uruguay, the computers had all been put to use.
