Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

In May 15, 2018 China offered 'Smart City Construction' seminars to 6 Uruguayan government officials in Wuhan, China. Participants from six provinces including Rocha, Maldonado, Lavayeja, 33 people, San Jose and Cerro Largo thanked China for inviting them to this training project and introduced their training in Wuhan. They believe that this training is closely related to the cutting-edge topic of smart city construction. The courses and inspection activities are rich and substantial, the teaching staff are serious and responsible, and the logistics support is effective. They will learn from Uzbek local government officials about China’s technological development and smart city construction. Advanced concepts, understanding of China’s outstanding achievements in economic and social development and profound cultural heritage provide rare opportunities. The trainees will apply what they have learned to the construction of Uzbekistan and promote the further development of Ukrainian-Chinese friendly cooperation.
