Project narrative

On August 8, 2011, China provided $1.2 million USD worth of scholarships to finance 20 Antigua & Barbuda students' college education in China. The scholarships are valued to be $60,000 USD each. As of 2012, 70 total students had received scholarships in China from Antigua and Barbuda.
