Project narrative

On August 29th, 2015, the Chinese Government has decided to offer US$300,000 in cash as emergency humanitarian assistance to the Government of Dominica in order to help the post- Tropical Storm Erika recovery and reconstruction (Record ID#39814). On October 15th, the Chinese Government claimed to plan to provide another US$200,000 of emergency aid for Dominica as responding to the needs on the Dominican side and changes in the disaster situation.
