Project narrative

In April 2017, São Tomé and Príncipe’s Prime Minister Patrice Trovoada announced that the Chinese Government had agreed to donate 1,000 tons of rice (in 40 containers) worth $1 million to the Government of São Tomé and Príncipe. The rice was officially delivered to the Government of São Tomé and Príncipe at a handover ceremony that took place on August 28, 2017.
