Project narrative

On May 15, 2014, the Chinese Ambassador to Seychelles attended an opening ceremony for the Grand'Anse Praslin Community Center. The Chinese Embassy in Seychelles financed this project and Qingdao Construction was responsible for its implementation. The monetary value of this donation and the construction start date are unknown.
