Project narrative

In 2014, an unknown number of students from Seychelles were awarded the 2014-2015 Chinese Government Scholarship. On August 29, 2014, a sending off ceremony was held before the students left for China. The scholarships helped finance each student's study abroad at various universities in China. The value of each scholarship is unknown.
