Project narrative

On May 5, 2010, the Chinese Government signed an exchange of letter committing to provide 10 Yutong buses to the Government of Seychelles. The 28-seat, air-conditioned buses were officially delivered on December 10, 2010 to the Seychelles Public Transportation Corporation's (SPTC) private-hire fleet. The donation also included 30 tires and spare parts worth 5% of the value of the buses. The value of this grant is unknown. A second, separate batch of 10 Yutong buses were donated in 2011 (see Record ID#89369).
