Project narrative

On November 13, 2008, the Chinese Government signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement (ETCA) committing to grant $1.46 million USD in cash assistance to the Government of Seychelles in light of the 2008 global recession. The check was officially handed over on December 26, 2008.
