Project narrative

On December 20, 2018, Li Jinjin, the ambassador to Chad, attended a ceremony for donating office supplies to the L'info newspaper office. The materials donated were the most urgently needed equipment for the newspapers, which would allow for more efficient news compilation and reporting. The cost of the donation is unknown.
