Project narrative

On August 13, 2012, the handover ceremony for China's donation of 3,000 tons of rice was held in N’Djamena. Ambassador to Chad, Yang Guangyu, and the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation, Jim Adumu, attended and signed the ceremony and agreement. The value of the donation is unknown.
