Project narrative

On March 15, 2014, China donated chemical fertilizers to Chad. The ceremony in Moundou City was attended by Chinese Ambassador Hu Zhiqiang and Chadian Minister of Agriculture, Moussa Mohamed Agre.Ambassador Hu and Chad Ministry of Agriculture, long Moussa Mohamed Agre behalf of their respective governments signed the transfer certificate and speech. The value of the donation is unknown.
