In 2013, China funds sewing machines for Dominica, which was part of the Invest Dominica Authority's Rural Sewing Group Development Initiative. The purpose was to strengthen cooperation with Government of Dominica in job creation and community empowerment. The Handover ceremony was held on May 15th.
