Project narrative

On August 19, 2004, China and the Central African Republic signed an economic and technical cooperation agreement (ETCA). On May 24, 2006, the Chinese government signed letters of exchange with the Central African Republic to provide cash assistance to the government of the Central African Republic. On October 18, 2006, the Chinese government handed over RMB 3 million worth of computer equipment and office supplies to the government of the Central African Republic.
