Project narrative

According to a AFDB report, TBEA and China Eximbank will be providing financing of USD $146 million to Chad for the construction of a crude oil-fired power plant (90 MW) in Chad. As of November 2017, the commercial contract has been signed and the project is undergoing feasibility studies. It is unclear if a formal commitment has been made to the project.
