On the same day, Chairman and CEO of CCCC, Peng Dapeng and The Director General of the National Material Board (ONM), Mathias Mano, signed a memorandum of understanding at the CCCC Headquarters in Beijing. Beyond that, the CCCC group pledges to set up an office in Bangui in order to work with the ONM.
