Project narrative

In 2016, the Chinese government donated $1,989,000 to Peru for the Programa de Capacitación para Profesionales Peruanos (Training Program for Peruvian Professionals). These were a series of 19 seminars for 158 business professionals from public institutions, regional governments, and Associations of Professionals from 26 departments, including Lambayeque, Ucayali, Amazonas, and Piura (page 78 and 79 of APCI).
