Project narrative

On September 7, 2011, the Chinese Government and the Government of Suriname signed letters of exchange related to a donation of agricultural machinery and equipment. On August 4, 2012, China donated 24 containers full of agricultural machinery and equipment to Suriname. The agricultural machinery and equipment was to be distributed to various provinces and small and medium enterprises for agricultural production. The monetary value of the donation is unknown.
