Project narrative

On June 1 and June 4, 2010, Chinese government donated a batch of humanitarian aid supplies to Chad. The humanitarian aid materials include rice, tricycles for the disabled, towels, quilts, summer mats, rain cloths, solar stoves, etc. According to the agreement between the two parties, half of the batch of materials will be transferred to the Presidential Palace, and the other half will be transferred to the Ministry of Social Action, National Unity and Family.Ambassador to Chad Yang Guangyu and Chad Minister of Social Action, Ms. Carmel, co-chaired the handover ceremony of China’s humanitarian aid to Chad and signed the handover certificate.
