Project narrative

On September 21,2012, the Chinese government donated 51 million CFA (approximately $100000) to Chad, allocated for the aid of Chadian expatriates who wanted to return from overseas. The agreement was overseen by Hu Zhiqiang, Chinese Ambassador to Chad.
