Project narrative

On 21 January 2016, the director of China's State Administration of Cultural Heritage, Liu Yuzhu, and Morocco's Minister of Culture, Mohammed Amin Sybi, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of a Chinese cultural center in Morocco. On December 18, 2018, the opening ceremony of China Cultural Center in Rabat was held in Rabat.
