Project narrative

In 2009, China and Guyana signed an agreement on Guyana's Information Communication Technology Project. The grant amount is 3.68 billion Guyana Dollars. Of that amount, 1.634 billion Guyana Dollars were granted before 2013. According to Kaieteur News, this project is for the construction of wireless and terrestrial telecommunication networks from Moleson Creek to Anna Regina.
